Is Coaching for You?

If any of the following situations sound like you, it might be time for coaching

I HAVE A LOVE/HATE RELATIONSHIP WITH MY BODY

  • You're always looking to the next diet to get you to the size you think will make you happy. 

  • You have a closet full of "Goal Outfits" with the tags still on.

  • You put life goals on hold and keep them as your dangling carrot to get you to your goal weight.

  • You try to hide your body behind clothes and cropped photos

  • You don't think you're desirable the way you look right now

  • You have labeled yourself as an emotional eater, food addict, or lacking willpower

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE 'HAPPY' STICK

  • You feel like you're checking all the boxes but you still feel unsatisfied

  • You still feel restless even after you reach your goals

  • You have what you thought you wanted and you still feel unfulfilled

  • You find yourself changing your mind each time you get input from others

  • You don't feel engaged to the people around you, activities you are participating in or yourself

I'M TIRED OF NOT GETTING WHAT I WANT OUT OF LIFE

  • You feel like you're always writing the same thing down on your New Year's resolutions list

  • You're great at getting started on something but find you fizzle out before you finish

  • You're tired of having the same argument or discussion at home, at work, with your family
